Amul Cheese Potato Puris Recipes
Cheese Potato Puris using Amul Cheese:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
- 1 cup grated Amul Cheese
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Water for kneading
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, mashed potatoes, grated Amul Cheese, cumin seeds, red chili powder, and salt.
- Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a smooth dough. The dough should be firm but pliable.
- Divide the dough into small lemon-sized balls and roll them out into puris using a rolling pin.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Carefully slide the puris into the hot oil and fry until they puff up and turn golden brown on both sides.
- Remove the puris from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Serve the Cheese Potato Puris hot with your favorite chutney or dip.
