 Amul Cheese Potato Puris Recipes



Cheese Potato Puris using Amul Cheese:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup grated Amul Cheese
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Water for kneading
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, mashed potatoes, grated Amul Cheese, cumin seeds, red chili powder, and salt.
  2. Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a smooth dough. The dough should be firm but pliable.
  3. Divide the dough into small lemon-sized balls and roll them out into puris using a rolling pin.
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Carefully slide the puris into the hot oil and fry until they puff up and turn golden brown on both sides.
  6. Remove the puris from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  7. Serve the Cheese Potato Puris hot with your favorite chutney or dip.
